Pros

Super is incredibly responsive, he owns a business downstairs and can come up and fix things same day Management company is very kind - were flexible with me during COVID and ended up staying in the unit for 3 years Overall a great and reliable building in an awesome location, no frills but gets the job done

Cons

Standard things with a walk-up, including limited ability to control heat in the winter (it was always on the warm side, so never an issue w/ being too cold)
