    Apmnt is small and outdated. Good location. Nice owner

    Great live in super, no pests
    Cons:
    Washer, dryer, dishwasher were unbelievably disgusting when I moved in and throughout my stay.
    Advice to owner:
    Please clean or replace your appliances
