Pros:
Very clean and well kept building. Amazing community and neighbors and doormen.
Cons:
Some roaches found in unit and exterminator comes often but it's nyc sooooo

Pros:
Wonderful staff of doormen, porters, and maintenance truly make the place feel like home. It is well taken care of and a great place to live.
Cons:
Some pest issues (a handful of mice and roaches over the years), but the staff was very responsive and even hired a new exterminator for the building after I complained.
