This building is mega old lol
Former Tenant
Pros:
Open brick is nice and if you deep clean this apartment its a great place to live, park-facing windows are quiet and nice. Appliances work well. New shower head is good. The super is really responsive and a cool and friendly guy, best one we've ever had by far. Really good natural light, hardwood floors, bookshelf space are a plus too.
Cons:
Dirty as HELL when me moved in. Had to deep clean everywhere. Smells like fry oil sometimes from adjacent restaurant. Some of the windows dont stay open. The apartment itself doesn't leak but the outside hallway absolutely does, and is probably haunted. There is a singular lamp on the first floor and I can not guarantee your safety if you stare at it for too long. Adjacent plaza across the street is also probably haunted but otherwise not too loud or too big of a problem. Trash cans are hilariously small for the whole building
Advice to owner:
Please clean this building, it is shockingly dusty everywhere. Please add lights and fix the leaks in the main hallway so that I do not slip on the already janky stairs and die. Also please install a door buzzer or at the very least doorbells for every apt. We installed a temporary one ourselves and every delivery guy for every apartment has been ringing us. Also please get bigger trash bins for the whole building.
