Quiet-ish, packages don’t get stolen, good water pressure
Cons:
Bugs, my toilet was broken for a month and the super wouldn’t come fix it, MOLD

Solid building, great prices

Pros:
Well managed and easy living. Super responds to issues when needed and lives next door. Great prices. Very spacious apartments.
Cons:
Wish there was laundry but it’s right across the street.
