WORST EVER KENNETH doesn’t get anything done and sits and chills and ignores tenants ALL DAY. Management ignores concerns and doesn’t fix anything Kenneth is the worst manager I know 3 different apartments that left solely because he doesn’t answer people’s texts

FIRE Kenneth now and I promise you will get more tenant retention

Cute walk up in Kips Bay

Pros

Not too busy and little traffic! A lot of restaurants near by!

Cons

It’s sometimes hard because 2nd Ave is so far from everything west. This apartment is nice but old.

More check ups on pipes, drains, and need better property managers
