Management is easy, clean for the most part. Had a mouse once but they quickly filled the hole.

- Responsive Management and Super - Nice neighborhood and location - Really nice sunlight

Cons

- Above trash, lots of roaches coming out of sink - Sometimes the hot water would go away for a few hours but nothing crazy
