Nice location but infested with bugs, mice, and unresponsive super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was nice and checked all of the basic boxes.
Cons:
- Many roaches, exterminator never came to deal with them
- At some point, had 30 huge flies that infested the apartment, we had to leave for a week before they stopped reproducing
- Water would be warm variably - didn't always have hot water in the shower.

It is what it is
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, that’s just about it
Cons:
Super did not even live in nyc so if you have an issue on a Friday (which was common) don’t expect it to be handled until next week. Rodent problem. Ongoing construction in the hallways. Worker always left the front doors wide open.
