    Pros:
    Great location and responsive landlady and super
    Cons:
    One of the neighbors was a HEAVY smoker and the smell permeated the whole building.
    Had to mail my rent check every month.

    Never had any problems here. when we had a leak from upstairs landlords took care of it the same day.
