    Decent price for the space. Great super. Great doormen. Very nice neighbors.
    Cons:
    The bar across the street is kind of loud every weekend.

    Location, close to subways. Easy to go uptown or downtown
    Cons:
    Noise levels are insane. Dirty basement. Claims it’s a doorman building but it’s really just random security people who switch out every 3 weeks
