Pros:
cheaper for the kips Bay Area. good size rooms , central air
Cons:
occasional roach, the cleanliness isn't kept up with. but my unit is pristine since im so clean so u win some and lose some. the bathrooms vents are fake so mold grows in bathrooms

Just OK. livable but not great

Cheaper rent for the area i guess
Cons:
Occasional on and off roach issues. Never a full blown infestation in my unit - but see a roach here and there. Failed local 11 law so balconies have been closed down since April of 2024 with no end in sight and loud construction. Mold issues through out the building. Very dirty vents in hallways
