Good overall but had issues

Pros:
Heating was great, street was quiet, location is fantastic and no pests
Cons:
Super was unresponsive and the shower doesn't drain properly. Also very small

Pros:
They recently renovated the apartment I was in so it was pretty clean and had amenities like in-unit laundry. The location is very convenient.
Cons:
The rooms are very small and the living room is nonexistent. The shower doesn't drain well which was annoying. Super is very unresponsive.
