They Don’t Return Deposits

Water pressure. The super is nice and management issues are with his bosses, not him.
Cons
DO NOT RENT HERE OR WITH THE LANDLORD. If you do your research you will find that many people find they force tenants to file in small claims before returning the deposit. Here’s a list of other reasons not to live here: (1) They didn’t provide legally required heat at times and it can get very cold. (2) There were roaches. (3) Management did not fix or clean up the apartment after damaging it, despite saying they would. (4) It is insanely small. A “one bedroom” is smaller than most studios, they just put a wall up. (5) Nearly every package sent here was stolen. (6) Construction noise, dust, etc. and no information from management regarding how long it will last. (7) You may have to sue them to get your deposit back. Check other reviews, Google, etc. regarding this.
Advice to the owners
Don’t force people to sue you to get their deposits back.

Pros
Small building so not a lot of neighbors, heat is great in the winter and located on a quiet street with brownstones.
Cons
Construction started 20 days after starting my lease, they did not notify me. Lots of rats on this block, you can see the holes they dig right outside.
