Pros:
in unit laundry
Cons:
leaks from the roof (filling up pots), homeless man had access to building for months, cockroaches, gas leaking from stove for months, super still painting the walls when moving in, 8 different supers and 7 different property managers in the 9 months of living there, had to break lease because management did nothing to help with the situation.
Advice to owner:
stop being a landlord

Great building for my first apartment in NYC, quiet, clean
Cons:
Lack of package room, had a couple packages stolen. Hot water goes out often during large rainstorms, generally for a day, but up to 3 days
