Not a bad starter apartment

Bug Infested & Unresponsive Management

Pros:
Living in the back of the building it is very quiet and you do not hear street noise. The elevator (when it is working) was nice to have.
Cons:
The glass shower door broke in November causing a tenant to go to the ER. The door was never repaired therefore we lived there without a shower door. Management is EXTREMELY unresponsive. Super constantly makes excuses and says to keep contacting management. There was shard of glass coming out of the side of the shower. About halfway through the lease one of the bedrooms became infested with termites. All attempts to get help were unsuccessful. Super said to get Raid spray. This caused us to move out early as the bugs made the apartment inhabitable. Still never heard from management even after we had to move out before the lease was up.
Advice to owner:
Better management!!! Safer living conditions!!!!
