The rent isn’t too bad! I got it for $2700 and now it’s being increased to $2936. Brick wall adds charm to the apartment. It’s a decent sized studio, not big, but not crammed either.
Cons:
I’m not really disappointed about anything, except for the fact that the wooden floors (and ceilings) make all the walking and moving noises from the apartment above very noticeable. One time, I was watching TV around 11 p.m. (it wasn’t even that loud) and my downstairs neighbor banged on the ceiling with a mop. She does that a lot, even sometimes when I’m just walking around the room.
