Not worth the money

Pros:
Location was great but kinda sketchy at night. Cheapest studio in the area for sure, but at the cost of not having a kitchen.
Cons:
Management handled the transfer of the lease horribly and locked me out with no heads up. Super was essentially non existent and unresponsive. Have heard there being issues with rats etc. Not worth unless you don’t cook at all.
