    Great value for the money

    Pros:
    Very spacious, plenty of closet space, well lit throughout the day, and close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Additionally, on the L-track, and 5-7 min away from Union Square
    Cons:
    Squeaky floors at a few spots, and could get very noisy because of being on 14th St, and very close to a fire station. And the leveling is off near the edges of the apartment (floor is tilted down). And also, NO Pets allowed
    Advice to owner:
    Fixing and leveling the floor.

    Great location, busy street

    Pros:
    Great location - tons of restaurants, transit stops, groceries. Apartment is well maintained and management was responsive. Modern appliances w/ ceiling fan and AC unit in each room.
    Cons:
    Busy street w/ fire station on the block.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up. Electronic rent payment would be a nice to have.
