-people in building keep to themselves
Cons:
-not maintained on any level
- garbage is a consistent issue
- pests both roaches and mice
- the maintenance people do half ass jobs, frequently have to come back
-dark hallways
- stairwells have broken tiles throughout the year
- stairwells and hallways are filthy
