Nice Owner, Nice Landlord - SUPER DIRTY x BAD TENANTS

Pros:
Price is good and the unites have some charm. Super is so kind
Cons:
Neighbour puts trash right outside his door instead of using a garbage can. Cockroaches. Dirty floors. Broken stairs. Really needs to be re-done.
Advice to owner:
Spend the money to make this place safe and clean.

Good, but a bit messy

Pros:
Location was amazing, the apartment was charming, and it’s fairly priced.
Cons:
Very dirty hallways and common places.
Advice to owner:
Have someone do a quick clean of the stairs and hallways, clear all the junk Ian’s it will make a world of difference.
