Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 332 East 19 Street highlight its prime Manhattan location, quiet tree-lined streets, and updated interiors with new appliances. Tenants value friendly neighbors and decent water pressure. However, serious issues persist, including poor cleanliness, inadequate garbage management, and ineffective pest control. Many complain about lack of heating, slippery stairs, and cramped renovated apartments. A major concern is the landlord’s poor responsiveness and communication, with no superintendent on-site and unauthorized unit entries during ongoing lengthy construction causing dust and disturbances. Renters urge management to improve maintenance, provide accessible contact, and address heating and safety concerns to enhance living conditions.
