Great location and the unit itself was spacious / really nice with great light
Cons:
When we moved in we had a MASSIVE roach problem (100 per day kind of level) and the office told us it wasn’t a problem and they wouldn’t mind living with roaches. We also had a few roof leak issues. The time to repair really varied- Sometimes super quick and sometimes they never came.
Advice to owner:
Be more organized
