Review Summary for 320 East 22 Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants emphasize the building's cleanliness and excellent garbage management. The neighbors are friendly, and noise levels are generally low. Some reviewers praise the responsive owner and the well-maintained amenities. However, concerns were raised about pest control issues and occasional heat and laundry problems. Construction nearby caused disturbance for residents. Despite minor drawbacks, the consensus leans towards recommending the building for its spacious units, responsive management, and safe neighborhood. Pest control and infrastructure maintenance could be improved for an even better living experience.

Rodent and Roach Problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern amenities, extremely small but that is to be expected in Manhattan.
Cons:
We had rodents and roaches and we weren't the only apartment to have this problem. The management wasn't responsive. They sent one pest control guy, who put a trap down but then never followed up. We ended up having to terminate the lease for cause.
Advice to owner:
Take pest problems way more seriously than you currently do.

320 E 22nd street review
Former Tenant
Pros:
The live-in super (Sokol) and porter (Dino) are wonderful and incredibly helpful. Neighborhood is safe. Apartment is clean and with large windows.
Cons:
There's been construction on the building and across the street for the better part of 2 years, which is quite noisy in the apartment, even with windows closed.
