Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenant reviews of 301 East 22 Street emphasize a well-maintained, clean building with excellent pest control and garbage management. Residents commend the friendly neighbors and attentive staff, creating a positive community atmosphere. Key positives include effective heating, though some suggest improving heat calibration in winter and addressing slower drainage due to older pipes. While most renters approve of owner responsiveness, a few find management and the board somewhat challenging to work with. Overall, the building offers a comfortable living experience with good water pressure and quiet noise levels, making it an appealing choice for those seeking a well-run residence in Manhattan.
