This SVA dorm is amazing!

Great stay for my first year, very clean and I can get my sleep and work done. Has a gym and free laundry and a beautiful terrace on 7th floor.
Cons:
Communal kitchen for entire building.. also shared lounges are a little dirty

Pros:
I lived here my freshman year of college and it was overall a great experience. You are right near the photo building and it is probably one of the cleanest dorm buildings for SVA.
Cons:
Your roommate may not be the best person ever, so leave the dorm more often to avoid conflict.
