Great for short or long term
Former Tenant
Pros:
Med students love living here either their first year or all throughout their 4 years because it's a great building, close to NYU Langone campus, with responsive management and great floor plans, especially in the 4 bedroom units.
Cons:
This building is far away from subway lines, which can make it inconvenient to get to other parts of the city.

Overall decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap housing, gym, very quick to maintenance requests.
Cons:
Awful elevators - only two and feel like they're down every other week if not more frequently. Have had to walk up to my floor because both were out of service. Feels very cramped. Maintenance is fine but management is very difficult to get a hold of.
