Terrible building !

Pros:
The superintendent is very attentive and always available!!
Cons:
SMELLS. ALWAYS SMELLS. ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE DOG POOP OR GARBAGE. THERES PESTS. ITS NOISY.
Advice to owner:
Disgusting building.
