Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenants consistently praise 326 East 34 Street for its cleanliness, effective pest control, and responsive management, highlighting a generally safe and secure living environment. Renovated units and well-maintained hallways contribute to resident satisfaction. The primary drawbacks include noise issues, especially from neighborhood parties, and challenges with building-wide heat control. Some renters note steep stairs in this walkup building as a concern. While many appreciate the landlord's attentiveness and the quiet interior of rear-facing apartments, noise from outside remains a notable downside. Overall, the building is recommended for those valuing cleanliness, maintenance, and management responsiveness, but may not suit noise-sensitive tenants.

Nice building, peaceful
Former Tenant
Pros:
My unit was renovated and nice. Price at the time (2019) felt reasonable for the space I got, even though bedroom was small. My unit faced the back of building so it was quiet. Knew the neighbor directly across from us so that was nice. Ended up leaving early mid covid, but if not for the pandemic would have been happy to stay.
Building stairs and hallway was always clean. I am typically scared of bugs so I was very happy to have never seen any bug, roach, or mouse. Felt very safe and secure in this building
Cons:
Steep stairs & we were on a higher floor walkup
