    Cheap rent, spacious apartments, laundry room, elevator, mailroom
    Cons:
    There’s no virtual doorman, so you’ll miss receiving packages. Apartment was dirty when moving in. Things were missing from the apartment and still haven’t been replaced, despite requesting them.
    Advice to owner:
    Make it easier to request maintenance.
