Great building overall, weak central AC

Pros:
Overall, the building is amazing. Great staff, super nice amenities (gym, sauna, pool - which you do have to pay extra for).
Cons:
Only complaint is that the AC system is old and doesn’t cool the apartment well during peak summer months.
