    Spacious apt, nice neighbors Convenient location Friendly staff
    Cons:
    Bug infestation (roaches, gnats, water bugs) Laundry room was broken for YEARS

    Building super is super responsive and doormen are pretty nice! Units are clean and good sized. Packages are organized.
    Cons:
    Hallways look like the haunted mansion. Not sure if they’ll ever get done!

    Fix the hallways please!
