Was ok, not my first choice

Pros:
-big apartment -large kitchen -lots of tenants living here for years, so there is a bit of a community vibe in the building -super is great and responsive if you contact him directly
Cons:
-The street this building is on is quite noisy, with a lot of midtown traffic -leasing company sucks and sometimes repairs are needed to be approved by this leasing company in order for the supers to respond. We had flooding from an upstairs neighbor and they did not fix this for over a month (we had water damage in our bathroom)

Management was unprofessional and unresponsive. Did not fix water damage when reported and has not returned security deposit close to a month after I vacated the building.
