Great place to live, but need to deal with noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Sweet doormen, clean building, clean laundry room and spacious apartments
Cons:
Noisy street, constant construction and LOUD garbage truck for 2 hours at a time. Windows are thin so you even hear people talking on the street

Decent Value Given Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Central Park; has basic amenities like doorman / elevator / laundry; abundance of studio units
Cons:
Building is def older and there are bugs; staff can be rude / unhelpful; units don’t get too much natural light, and look directly into building across the street
Advice to owner:
Building feels old and musty, a renovation could be nice!
