    Pros:
    Laundry in building, friendly door men
    Cons:
    Had a few cockroaches that would come every now and then but the building did have an exterminator that would come monthly.

    Great place to live, but need to deal with noise

    Sweet doormen, clean building, clean laundry room and spacious apartments
    Cons:
    Noisy street, constant construction and LOUD garbage truck for 2 hours at a time. Windows are thin so you even hear people talking on the street
