Pests every where even after pest control The super of this building tries to charge you money when you do the final apartment walkthrough and also everything small thing The management is a bully, trying to take tenant’s deposit and money

There is Laundry in the basement, but they take quarters and theres not a coin dispenser, so you’ll have to go to a bank and stock up. Theres a couple of laundromats on 9th as well.
