Overpriced for annoying area

Pros:
Near all trains
Cons:
Maintenance and repairs tooks forever. leaks in roof never got fixed after 2 years because of refusal of landlord to use an actual service. Location is on fast food row. All uber eats drivers block the road and sidewalk.

Built with Sticks and Mud

Pros:
Newly renovated. AC and heating in unit. Landlord is friendly.
Cons:
Multiple break-ins to the building. Have found homeless people and smokers in the lobby behind the double locked doors. AC unit issues have persisted, breaking to be fixed multiple times. We’ve dealt with roof leaks all year that still haven’t been fixed. Contractors came but never solved the solution and the walls need to be repainted where the leaks were but have been ignored.
Advice to owner:
Fix things in a timely manner.
