    hidden gem in perfect midtown location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    old building with elevator. close to good restaurants and central park. practically zero noise. clean with responsive owners and no pests.
    Cons:
    the heat sucks during the winter and it gets very hot during the summer if you dont have an AC
