    Management is slow to respond

    Pros:
    Small building, great location and good neighbors
    Cons:
    Takes a long time for management to respond to requests. The super is helpful for minor repairs but anything major that requires management attention takes forever to resolve
    Advice to owner:
    Have an easier way to place requests and keep facilities requests up to date
