Best first NYC apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Been living in this building for almost 2 years with no issues
Cons:
- have a drift in one of our windows that hasn't been successfully resolved - no ventilation in the bathroom so we have to frequently call maintenance to take care of the mold that grows
