Pros:
Great neighbors (everyone has been there for decades)
Big units
Cons:
Building mgmt is a little slow to respond to issues, though they always do come through. But look, it’s a walk up… for the rent, this is a pretty good building.

Nice Neighbors, next to many restaurants. Close to every train you can think of. Newly Renovated.
Cons:
Mice problem every now and then, too close to time square, 4 floor wall up.
