One Year There
Pros
The landlord was responsive. The appliances were all updated along with central AC in each of the rooms.
Cons
The heat was spotty during the winter. I had to buy two different space heaters, and like most other nyc apartments, it got incredibly dry. In one year living there, I killed about three roaches, and I lived on the second floor. The bathroom has no fan so the door should be kept open. There is also no sunlight because of the awnings over the windows which are quite steep. Also normal sized hangers do not fit in the closet. Buy children sized ones
Advice to the owners
Fix the heat.
The Worst Landlord and Management Team
Pros
Location, has a Patio
Cons
Rats in the ceilings and walls, cockroaches everywhere, the roof isn’t sealed properly so the ceiling in the bedroom is rotting and falling in, close to zero natural light, the management team is rude and unresponsive, the landlord is a conniving slumlord who would let this place rot
Advice to the owners
Take more pride in your property. It could be really nice and worth something if you cared about it and your tenants.
