Nice location, poor property management

Great location - a block from the park, on top of the F/G
Cons
Landlord has raised rent every year, by more than 5% the last two years Management is consistently unresponsive and heat came on weeks late both of the last two years Ceiling fell apart for last two tenants on the first floor due to a leak from the above apartment, both times it seems like it was patched rather than really fixed

No frills doorman building with elevator overall good experience
Pros
Doormen are friendly and attentive Elevator in building Laundry in building The subway is literally right outside the building
Cons
The building had a power outage that lasted about 4 days where no one had power which was rough but that was the only time in 4 years something like that happened Busy street
