Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 350 West 51 Street highlight a mix of positives and challenges. Tenants appreciate strong heating, considerate neighbors, quietness, and responsive superintendents. The building is generally clean with good garbage management and pest control. However, prolonged and noisy facade construction has significantly impacted residents' comfort, with little relief or compensation offered. Complaints about outdated apartments, occasional unpleasant odors, and occasional management unresponsiveness persist. The package room's early closing hours and absence of doormen during the day are minor inconveniences. Overall, while the location and some staff responsiveness are valued, ongoing construction and management communication issues detract from the living experience.
