Pretty Solid Apartment
Pros
The apartment is located in a great spot, close to subway stations, restaurants, bars, Central Park, Westside Highway, and grocery stores. It is fairly priced, and there is a great amount of space and light in the unit. Great amount of kitchen space and storage.
Cons
No laundry at all, and its a walkup. The virtual doorman can be a bit funky when delivery comes, and you aren't home. The heat is building controlled, and only turns on at certain times of the day and when it drops below 55 F. Therefore, the unit can get really cold during the day when the heater is not on.
