    Place is overall alright, but trash is extremely smelly in the whole building

    Landlord is responsive
    Cons:
    Staircase smells, trash management is poor - needs to be cleaned up/moved to avoid pest and rodents and bad smell. Pest control is also not great

    Far from subway, older prewar building with paint upon paint layers on the door frames

    Gut renovate
