Nice apartment overall, some issues

Pros:
Good sunlight Nice management No problems with super, but didn’t really interact with them
Cons:
Hallway always smells Once a week I’ll see a cockroach Occasionally, residents with throw out trash all at the same time and it will overflow, but the supper will take care of it within the next 24 hours

Place is overall alright, but trash is extremely smelly in the whole building

Staircase smells, trash management is poor - needs to be cleaned up/moved to avoid pest and rodents and bad smell. Pest control is also not great
