Spacious layout, great landlord.
Cons:
Package theft, lobby cleanliness, unhelpful management.

ok building for the price. Terrible management

Good for the price.
High ceilings and big living room.
Convenient location.
Cons:
One of the bedrooms practically doesn't have a window and gets no natural light in the 3BRs
Multiple issues with roaches, mice, ants
Had major mechanical issues in the apartment.
Rental company was nightmarish to deal with and unresponsive.
Sirens from precinct across the street are both loud and bright.
