    Okay for a NY newbie

    Pros:
    Proximity to a lot of transport options (1, N,Q,R,W,A,B,C,D), Whole Foods, other grocery stores, fast food restaurants, nice neighbors,
    Cons:
    didn't have hot water or would need to let tap run to have hot water, mould issues in bathroom/there's no in-built fan in bathroom
