Miserable noise from TWO clubs and constant construction

Great location, clean, good super
Cons:
This building is right above TWO clubs. It’s sooo miserable we haven’t been able to get anything done about it through the landlords, clubs and 311. Someone even came and issued a noise violation after so many phone calls and months and nothing changed. There is also constantly construction early mornings and on weekends! Don’t live here!!
Advice to owner:
Make the club control the noise issue! Have construction done during the week/work hours
