New management doesn't care!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, quietness of street and neighbors
Cons:
The chances of having heat and hot water and WiFi at the same time are slim to none! The heating system/boiler is continually breaking, hot water is a hit or miss (never know what time of day - if ever - I can take a warm shower), and the WiFi is sporadic. Management is non-existent, as is the super - if there is one.
Advice to owner:
I know this is a business- but what goes around - in the long run - comes around. There are real people renting in your building who have basic human needs - that you ought to be interested in supplying.
