Former tenant·7 minutes ago

good management and vibes

Pros

everything is good other than heater noise

Cons

the heater makes the most annoying noise

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Old school management, but no complaints

Pros

— Heat was always blasting in the winter, never had to worry about getting cold — Hot water was on point — Fantastic location — Basement laundry — Surprisingly quiet

Cons

— Management only communicates via phone or mail. There is not even an email address much less a tenant portal as many places have, but they were still responsive whenever there was an issue. — No electronic option for rent payment

Advice to the owners

Consider embracing technology — it might help you too!
