    Pros:
    Apartment is nice and in a decent area
    Cons:
    Not many issues just the heating was not the best during the winter storms
    Advice to owner:
    Please find a way to handle to heating issues in the apartment

    Nice, up-to-date building
    Cons:
    Landlord will give you attitude with absolutely any request and then will find any minor excuse to take money out of your security deposit upon move out
    Advice to owner:
    Do better.
